By accessing or using TatCare, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the app on behalf of a tattoo studio, you represent that you have authority to bind that studio to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TatCare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your tattoo management needs. Artists may use TatCare to manage clients, track healing progress, schedule appointments, and showcase portfolios. Clients may use TatCare to submit healing check-ins, communicate with their artist, and manage their profile. You may not sublicense, resell, or use TatCare for any unlawful purpose.

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile and booking appointments.
• Upload only appropriate content — no offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material you do not own.
• Do not misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or disrupt service.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.

• Maintain professional conduct when communicating with clients through the platform.
• Respond to booking requests and check-in submissions in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate aftercare guidance based on your professional experience.
• Respect client privacy — do not share client healing photos without consent.
• Ensure your availability settings and booking links are current and accurate.

• Follow your artist's aftercare instructions carefully.
• Submit accurate check-in photos and descriptions of your healing progress.
• Important: Aftercare advice provided through TatCare is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional if you experience signs of infection, allergic reaction, or any health concerns related to your tattoo.
• Attend confirmed appointments or request rescheduling through the app in advance.

TatCare is a management and tracking tool. We are not a medical provider and do not guarantee specific healing outcomes. The app facilitates communication between artists and clients, but the quality of tattoo work, aftercare guidance, and healing results depend on factors outside our control. Artists are solely responsible for the tattoo work they perform and the aftercare guidance they provide to their clients. We are not liable for any health issues, complications, or damages arising from tattoo procedures or aftercare advice given through the platform.

TatCare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Healing results vary significantly based on individual skin, aftercare compliance, and tattoo placement. AI-assisted healing analyses are informational only and should not replace professional assessment by your artist or a medical professional. Always follow your artist's specific aftercare instructions.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Forever. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activity.

Any disputes arising from your use of TatCare shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TatCare after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
